DMCA Policy

TikHDSaver respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

TikHDSaver does not host or store any TikTok content. We provide a technical tool that allows users to access publicly available media. Nonetheless, we take copyright concerns seriously and will act on valid DMCA notices promptly.

If you believe that content accessible through TikHDSaver infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us at [email protected].

Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL)
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the alleged infringing material and notifying the user responsible.

Incomplete or invalid notices may not be acted upon. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the validity of a claim.

If you believe that content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected].

A valid counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material removed and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and phone number
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court

TikHDSaver has a policy of terminating or blocking access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Only submit a DMCA notice if you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized.
